Services Provided Starbright Diamond World Studios Co. provides professional digital video production and creative media services, including but not limited to:     •    Video production     •    Video editing     •    Motion graphics     •    Digital design     •    Creative development     •    Production consultation No legal, medical, psychological, or clinical services are provided. ⸻ 3. Booking & Deposit A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure services, scheduling, and production resources. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. ⸻ 4. Raw Footage Delivery Raw, uncut footage will be delivered within 1–3 business days following the filming date, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Raw footage is delivered as recorded and does not include editing, enhancements, or corrections. ⸻ 5. Editing Requests & Timeline Start Editing services do not begin automatically. Clients must submit a written editing request detailing desired edits, style, and specifications. ⏱ Editing timelines begin on the date the editing request is submitted, not on the filming date or raw footage delivery date. ⸻ 6. Editing Turnaround Times Turnaround times depend on editing complexity and client type. Consumers / Individuals     •    7–30 business days     •    Excludes weekends and holidays Business / Commercial Clients     •    Up to 45 business days     •    Excludes weekends and holidays Timelines may extend due to revisions, scope changes, or delayed client responses. ⸻ 7. Reshoots Reshoots are scheduled for the next available production date. Specific dates are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply. ⸻ 8. Payment Terms     •    Clients have 30 days to pay the remaining balance     •    No edited content or final deliverables will be released until payment is made in full     •    Late payments may delay delivery timelines ⸻ 9. Release of Deliverables     •    Raw footage may be released per Section 4     •    Edited content and final products are withheld until full payment is received     •    No exceptions will be made ⸻ 10. Refund Policy All deposits, digital services, editing work, and delivered digital products are non-refundable once work has begun. ⸻ 11. Intellectual Property All content created remains the intellectual property of Starbright Diamond World Studios Co. until payment is made in full, at which time usage rights are granted per agreement. ⸻ 12. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks (See Dispute-Prevention & Chargeback Protection Clause above — fully incorporated into these Terms.) ⸻ 13. Limitation of Liability Services are provided “as is.” Starbright Diamond World Studios Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. ⸻ 14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North and applicable U.S. federal law.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Original Effective Date: May 7, 2020 Last Updated & In Effect: December 13, 2025 Digital Services All completed digital services, consultations, and delivered digital products are non-refundable once work has begun or files are delivered. Cancellations Project cancellations must be submitted in writing. Any completed work will be billed accordingly. Exceptions Refunds or revisions may be considered at management discretion in cases of documented service errors. DELIVERY, EDITING & PAYMENT POLICY Starbright Diamond World Studios Co. Raw Footage Delivery Raw, uncut footage from filming services will be delivered within 1–3 business days following the filming date. Delivery timelines exclude weekends and federal holidays. Raw footage is provided as recorded and includes no editing, color correction, audio balancing, or enhancements unless otherwise contracted. ⸻ 2. Editing Requests & Project Start Date Custom editing services do not begin automatically. • Clients must submit a written editing request outlining: • Desired edits • Style preferences • Length requirements • Any revisions or special instructions ⏱ IMPORTANT: Editing timelines begin on the date the editing request is submitted, not on the filming date or raw footage delivery date. ⸻ 3. Editing Turnaround Times Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the editing request and client type. Consumers / Individuals • Editing turnaround ranges from 7 to 30 business days • Excludes weekends and federal holidays Business / Commercial Clients • Editing turnaround may take up to 45 business days • Excludes weekends and federal holidays Turnaround estimates may vary based on: • Scope of edits • Length of footage • Motion graphics or effects • Revisions requested • Client response times ⸻ 4. Reshoots If a reshoot is required or requested: • Reshoots are scheduled for the next available production date • Availability is not guaranteed for a specific date or timeframe • Additional fees may apply depending on scope ⸻ 5. Deposit & Payment Terms A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking to secure services and scheduling. Payment Terms: • Clients have up to 30 days to pay the remaining balance • All balances must be paid in full before any edited content or final products are released 🚫 No edits, final files, or deliverables will be released until payment is received in full, regardless of project completion status. ⸻ 6. Release of Work • Raw footage may be delivered per Section 1 • Edited versions, final cuts, and completed products are withheld until full payment is received • Late payments may delay delivery timelines ⸻ 7. No Guaranteed Completion Dates Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Starbright Diamond World Studios Co. is not responsible for delays caused by: • Late editing requests • Incomplete client instructions • Late payments • Client-requested changes or revisions  

DISPUTE-PREVENTION & CHARGEBACK PROTECTION CLAUSE

Dispute Resolution & Chargeback Policy

By purchasing or booking services with Starbright Diamond World Studios Co., the client acknowledges and agrees that all services are custom, time-based, and digital in nature.

The client agrees that:

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at booking

• Raw footage delivery within 1–3 business days constitutes partial fulfillment

• Editing services begin only after a written editing request is submitted

• Editing timelines are estimates, not guarantees

• Final deliverables are withheld until payment is made in full

The client agrees not to initiate chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversals for services rendered in accordance with these Terms.

In the event of a payment dispute:

• Documentation including contracts, delivery logs, timestamps, communications, and policy acceptance may be submitted as evidence

• Chargebacks filed after service initiation may be contested as fraudulent or invalid

Clients are encouraged to contact Starbright Diamond World Studios Co. directly to resolve concerns prior to initiating any dispute.
